Sleep Awareness Week


 

The connection between sleep and health is real. It impacts every one of us. Lack of quality sleep is a common trigger for seizures in those with an epilepsy and sleep disorders are way more common in people with an epilepsy than in those without! Sleep Awareness Week celebrates sleep health and encourages the public to prioritise sleep to improve their overall health and well-being.
